What is your opinion about this guitar?

1974 Vintage Epiphone FT-570SB Jumbo acoustic guitar. Any information or input about this guitar would be appreciated. The guitar is visually aesthetic. Do you know how old he is? What kind of wood is made of? If senior tuning keys? Special features (apart to be "jumbo")?
