Hi Bender So I conclude that the love of the blues rock sound of a Gibson fat. Gibson has a great ability to maintain all the Les Paul Studio. I have a maple top, mahogany neck, hand, sand and a high capacity for SOIC and harmonious. The Epiphone Les Paul Custom has no real ebony fingerboard, frets super thin as the real Gibson LP Custom. The Samick can be purchased for under $ 500 on E-bay. Having said that, I tried a my shop and I was not impressed. The hardware was very nice, but the pitch is in no way comparable to the Gibson Epiphone Les Paul Studio or the. But then the difference price shows it. If you can afford the Gibson study, go for it because this is aninvestment that eventually will pay off later in the year. The main Epiphone difference and all other brands is that Gibson is improved with age. Not so with Epiphone, or clones on the market. When you buy an original Fender, Gibson, Jackson, Martin or whatever, the wood used is top notch and has been aged properly. When they play, the vibration of the timber enters the wood and the long term improves the sound as old wine is better and more expensive over time.
