Guitar Straps Epiphone
Any suggestions for a strong neck Epiphone SG?
I'm not really ready for any type of bolt to counter the weight of the guitar or want to mess with the screws on the strap (I do not know what the official name of these are). I'm looking for a good guitar strap. Anyone who has been through this before and was able to fix the collapse of the SG by simply buying a nice guitar strap?
Most guitar straps will behave the same. If This hurt his neck, then you can get a strap pad: http://www.guitarcenter.com/Planet-Waves-Gel-Guitar-Strap-Shoulder-Pad-104510458-i1171516.gc I have the same problem with SG Doubleneck I have .. neck is very heavy and not plummet like yours. Try not to let the guitar hangs very low, shorten the strap to the superior court edge takes a couple of inches below the left nipple. If the keyboard is tight on the strap that is also the kind of help the sliding of the strap of her shoulder. I know there looks as cool as the guitar riding low, but it's a hell of a lot more comfortable and helps me with the general position of the guitar and the angle of wrist to find you quick licks guitar playing is much easier.
