Guitar, please help!?
I'm looking to buy an Epiphone EJ-200. However, I do not want to buy online. I was wondering if anyone knows if all the music stores you know about the actions of this guitar. I live in Hertfordshire, but would be willing to travel to London, Cambridge, Milton Keynes I have it ect see if I have the guitar before buying it. I have 15 years and have saved for ages for this guitar, and would be very disappointing to the end and then not be able to play. All information would be helpful! Thanks:)
I think you're very wise not to buy a guitar before you have tried it for sense, and sound. It even makes a good turkey production, so I never buy a guitar by mail order. A guitar is too important. One of the best places to surf the guitar is Denmark Street in London, near Tottenham Court Road underground station. There are several guitar shops in a very short street where you can sample hundreds of different models. My favorite is' Hanks. I can not promise that you will find an Epiphone EJ-200, but you will see a wide range of instruments. If you wander around the corner and along Charing Cross Road, is most guitar stores. Another good shop - London again - is the acoustic guitar in the center of Brune Street, E1, not far from Liverpool Street Station. There is a shop Stevenage guitar is very well seen - I've been there once, but can not remember the name. As a player for many years and owner of many guitars, my advice would be try several guitars before deciding what to buy, including models that are out of your price range and help you appreciate the sound and feel you are seeking.
