Mandolin Help?
Well, first off a lot of instruments playing, but I've always wanted to play a stringed instrument. I have a guitar and I know a couple of chords. The only problem I have is my fingers are short. (Lol go ahead and laugh). I've always been interested in the mandolin. I know it always depends of the person, but do you think it would be easier for me? I also can help with a good beginner? I know that flights are not really good and not Internet to buy and stuff. The object has a very cheap (as I said is probably spam), but what do you think of him? I also know that we must "Create", where I could get that? One more thing, I was looking at possibly a Epiphone MM-50 f-style. Is that much to spend on a beginner? lol I liked the style that is all I am interested in blugrass. Thanks in advance!
I play guitar and mandolin, and curiously, I find myself stretching the left hand rather than the mandolin on the guitar, play some chords of 4 strings. The good news is that these are quite optional, especially when playing bluegrass, always no 3 finger chords that work as well for 'chopping' in a bluegrass band. I like playing on the mandolin melody lines, rather than on the guitar; instrument design (lower frets and strings tuned Fifthly, apart from one quarter) makes greater equality of lead straighforward. As for getting an instrument boot, which began in a $ 200 Kentucky A-style, and played there until I felt good enough to invest in a better instrument. (After a couple of years I got my Weber, and love it.) Most controls are less expensive on a couple of factories in China and / or Korea and branded differently here Epiphones I think are in that group. I chose one of the above, however, and sound pretty good and play quite well for the price. You can create one yourself with Command bridges are fairly easily height adjustable to dial in a good deed is not a problem. So I go for the best tone you can afford. Note that an F-style, you're paying more money for that fancy strap hook 
... if you find a model that sound best for your money, give it some serious reflection. Sure, bluegrass recalcitrant could roll his eyes, but ignore them - I did. (Of course, my Weber is an F-style, so I finally did cave in. ..) If you have a store nearby where you can taste or Kentucky or Michael Kelly, give them a play - the two are good mandolins at the lower end of the price scale. The Epi is pretty good too, though. Have fun with it!
