Epiphone or Ibanez?
I like to play metal as the force of the dragon, but also things like the magic of balck woman, the devil went down to Georgia welcome the junlge, etc i was wondering what I get because I want to play both
It really depends on the type of Epiphone or Ibanez. For Epiphone, check out the Les Paul Standard or G-400. The Les Paul is obviously a cheaper version of the Gibson Les Paul. The G-400 is a cheaper version of the Gibson SG. Both guitars are used a variety of styles of rock and be good choices for what you want to play. I have an Epiphone point, as one of the other respondents, and love it. It is very well done, and I could not be happier with it. I plan to buy Epiphones others in the future (including the two I mentioned above). For Ibanez I would like to see some of the "RG" or S "series." There are too many models in various price ranges to suggest one or two. It really depends on your price range and the features you want. I used a model of an Ibanez RG, and loved it. The only reason I sold it was because, as he learned to play better, I realized that he wanted a guitar that fits the type of music I like to play some more. They are great guitars for metal. Ultimately, it comes down to what you Like, it seems, and feels, and sounds best to you. Find a store near you that carries both the manufacturers and try them for yourself. Any music store that is meaningful penalty that is more focused on the "rock" band instruments rentals should have them. Both are major players in the world of guitar, so you should not be too difficult to find a good store unless you live in a remote area.
