what would be a better guitar to buy? a epiphone g-400 or les paul?

I'm buying a guitar but I can not choose one ... I like to play AC / DC, Guns and Roses, Zeppelin, and some rise against and songs from Foo Fighters. it would be much more appropriate a guitar? if g-400, that the rule The G-310 variant, the limited edition emg pickups, the SG Special? if les paul, the top standard single or more, the study, the Special Rapporteur II, LP-100?
