Fixing fret / string rattle?

I have an Epiphone Les Paul I bought a few weeks ago one of the strings that were in it did not rattle at all, but when I went to change the strings, the low E terrible rattles, it really ruins the sound of the guitar. any idea why? the neck is not inclined and has not done this before.

Bring it to the store where purchased and ask to set it up correctly for you for chains that are in it. Only may require an adjustment of the soul is very small. Must be willing to do this for free.
