Epiphone Faded G-400
Anyone with experience of the addition of "push / pull pots on the guitar?
I have a 2006 Epiphone SG G-400 disappeared. I want to install a Seymour Duncan SH-4 and SH-2N. Can anyone explain exactly how the push-pull pots will work if you install them. As the knob are, and what different switch configurations with the collection. Thanks, but I was also thinking like that all the different configurations. As if one pushed up and pushed down, and the selector swtich in the middle.
His pickup selector selects only between the two trucks, or both together. A push / pull knob just take your pills and a little half double cuts output signal, so that does not cancel the buzz. The idea is that it is supposed to sound more as a Fender Start. The thing is ... not. I have the same pills and does not sound like much with that feature. The pads are connected to humbuckers, so that sound better there as humbuckers. If you still want to wire that way, you can get a push / pull knob for each of the tone knobs. I think the guitar has a switch 3-way, two volume buttons, and 2 for tone. I published a diagram that you should follow. If you can not understand, then have a guitar tech was not for you, because I do not want to ruin the new pot, pills or ... also can adjust the height of the tablets, and sing the guitar at the same time.
