Guitarists: What is your guitar (s) and rig?
for guitars I have an Epiphone DR-100 acoustic bronze strings Martin SP light a black on black on Mexican fat start with a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge and the average population and single coil neck black with custom decks and squire with a tele Seymour Duncan JB and '59, and the rest I have a Vox Valvetronix 30 watt with the wah pedal and a Dunlop original crybaby
My main guitars are Ibanez S series. I have one with the HSS configuration and the other is HH. I too, like the JB pickups. I also use a custom ESP Les Paul and a Jay Turser is almost identical to an Ibanez RG series. I usually use D'Addario or GHS 9-42 (extra light) strings, but sometimes the use of another brand. For amplifiers currently I'm using a Hughes & Kettner head switch the blade through a Marshall stack for large rooms or outdoor concerts, clubs that use smaller a single 12 cab insurance microphones with 57 cm. I used to use a rack full of effects, but the blade of switch has great sound effects built in which only have to add a noise gate to it. For smaller concerts and lessons that use a combined 12.2 Behringer Ampeg combo or only 12 times to use the two together allow cleaning and the crisis of the sounds at the same time. On the acoustic side I am very happy with my Jasmine 12 string and six string guitars fender, I have also a CONN 12 strings I use for slide adjustment changes and cheap no-name Mandolin playing and sounds great. All of the acoustics have pickups built in I I go straight into the PA with a line Ibanez amp for acoustic monitoring on stage. Occasionally use a Zoom G1X effect pedal several for different sounds and recording.
